Migration

The demand for skilled workers in Australia has never been higher. Unemployment is at its lowest levels for 34 years. The economy is booming, especially in the resources sector, mining and minerals particularly. But there is great demand across the board for a wide range of skills of all kinds, with more than 200,000 job vacancies being advertised constantly. There is enough to ensure most migrants being able to find employment and be well paid, according to skills, experience and abilities.

More than 71,500 skilled people migrated from all around the world to work and live in Australia in the twelve months to May 2007. This number is projected to increase to 85,550 by the end of 2008. Yet there are still not enough workers to fill the jobs that are available. Hence the need for as many migrants with skills wanted to fill the many jobs still available. Working condition, wages and salaries are generally good, outstanding in some instance, with strong laws in place to protect workers and their legal rights and entitlement.

Prospective migrants are able to apply for appropriate visas on line, through the Australian government’s own sites where information about applying is readily available.

Migration, however, can be daunting and even complex for some, possibly many people. Hence the suggestion of it being wise to employ the services of professional migration agents, people who have been trained and are qualified legally to advise, assist and try to ensure any prospective migrant’s application is properly approached, attended to and managed all the way through to completion. As stated previously, neither the directors, nor any of the staff of CATTICO are legally able to engage in any aspect of the actual migration process of applying for appropriate visas. This will always be done by one of our alliance partners who are registered and able to act on your behalf in applying for an appropriate visa.

There are many different kinds of visas and only your selected migration agents can offer advice on what would be best and most suitable for your own requirements. Visas can be either temporary or permanent and your registered migration consultant will also inform you of what would be best in your own case.

A FREE INITIAL ASSESSMENT form is available and once filled in can be sent immediately to CATTICO as well as to our selected migration agents. Through this it will be possible to rule out people whose chances of being considered for visas and becoming migrants are unlikely to pass the required standards. Those whose initial free assessment indicates their possibly being eligible to apply for visas will then be sent a further form for additional information.

Please be assured that any and all of your information will always remain confidential, in keeping with our own privacy statement as well as the strict Australian government privacy laws.

There are costs involved once you request a formal application to be made by one of our registered migration agents on your behalf and you will be fully informed of what these are and the conditions of payment.

Once again, please note that the the INITIAL ASSESSMENT FORM is totally FREE, but does not guarantee your being eligible or accepted for any visa for which you might apply.
